At The Lifeguard Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your aquatic gear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your unused items, including all original labels and protective liners, into a shipping box or padded envelope.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
